焼歴20年匠の技
某有名焼鳥店で１０年修行(内３年は祇園北部のお店)を積んだ後、炭火焼鳥Ster（ステラ）を開業しました。２０１５年２月には１０周年記念イベントを盛大に催し、会場を２００人近くのステラ愛好者で埋め尽くしました。
そんな焼鳥ファンを魅了する匠の大将の焼き技の向上は、一度も停滞することなく、極まりつつあります。
串打ちから焼きまで、安定した熟練の技で、一品ごと丹精込めてご提供致します。
約２０年焼き続け、多くの地元常連客とリピーターに愛された焼鳥は、外国人観光客にも親しまれてつつあります。当店こだわりの焼タレの味はグローバルで愛好者を増やしています。
After working a certain famous yakitori restaurant 10 years training (on Gion North, Kyoto), He opened a charcoal grilled chicken 'Ster' (Yakitori restaurant) . In
February 2015. the event commemorating the tenth anniversary of the company's opening was grandly held, and the venue was filled with nearly 200 "Ster" lovers.
The roasting skill of Yakitori's Yakitori continues to attract fen.
